Ingredients:  
1 pork tenderloin
white wine
soy sauce
1 tsp. dried ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
Crushed garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine equal amounts of white wine and soy sauce (approx. 1/2 c. each). Add ginger, mustard and fresh crushed garlic. Score top of tenderloin; pour marinade over pork and let marinate for a couple of hours.
Bake at 325º for approximately 30-40 minutes or until done. Baste occassionally.
Or, grill basting and turning frequently.
