2 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn meal
dash of salt
4 eggs
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c milk
1/4 c lemon juice
1 9' pastry shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, tossing lightly; add remaining ingredients. Beat with rotary or electric mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until filling is set and top is golden brown. Cut while warm. NOTE: six tablespoons lemon concentrate may be used instead of fresh lemon juice. If so reduce sugar by 1 tbsp.
