Boiled red potatoes (can use white potatoes)
green onions
Hellman's mayonnaise (ONLY Hellman's)
hard boiled eggs and pickles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Place a layer in bottom of pan. Spread mayo on top, sprinkle onions. Repeat layers. Salt and pepper to taste. If you also use eggs, those are layered too.
