2 lbs. frozen hash browns
½ c. of chopped onion
1 tsp. of salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can of cream of chicken soup
10 oz. of grated cheddar cheese
½ c. of melted oleo
1 pt. of sour cream
2 c. of crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash browns in bottom of greased pan. Mix onion, salt, pepper, soup, cheese, oleo, and sour cream. Pour over hash browns. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350º for one hour.
