1 lb. ground beef
2 T. of bread crumbs
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
⅓ c. of chopped onion
⅓ c. of chopped pepper
2 T. of butter
1 can of tomato soup
4 T. of brown sugar
4 tsp. of Worchestershire sauce
1 T. of mustard
1 T. of vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, crumbs, eggs and salt (for meatballs). Broil until brown, turning once. In sauce pan, cook pepper and onions in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Makes approx. 50 meatballs.
