3 T. of butter
8 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle the bacon over the butter. Place the chicken in the dish. Combine the mushroom soup with softened cream cheese. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Bake for one hour.

Memories from Sue Kern: Rita and I were best friends from the 7th grade on through high school. I spent a lot of time at her house, and I absolutely adored her parents. They took us everywhere and treated me as a second daughter. Their house was a wonderful place to be and I was there a lot of weekends. I have very fond memories of those times and of that special family.
