Marinade:
cup soy sauce
cup lime juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
T. dry mustard
2 or more cloves garlic, to taste
Kabobs:
3 large sirloin steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 bell peppers (any color, although variety is more interesting), cut into 1 inch cubes
1 large red onion, cut into one inch cubes
wood skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning on the grill

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Put the marinated steak, bell pepper and onion onto skewers, alternating the pattern about three times, depending on the length of the skewer. Grill until the meat is done to your liking.

This is a summer favorite! This is easy to prepare ahead of time before your company comes, then just put it on the grill. It is very colorful when served, depending on the vegetables you use.
