Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package (out of the 3 packages in the box) of graham crackers
2 tubes pre-made cookie dough (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
1 jar marshmallow sauce
1 bag of mini marshmallows
1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Take graham crackers and put into a large zip lock bag. Using a towel to protect the bag, hammer the cookies until you have crumbs. Spread the cookie dough in the pan to cover the whole pan. Spread a thin layer of marshmallow sauce on top of the cookie dough. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of the marshmallow sauce. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until edges are light brown. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the cookies and bake for 2 or 3 minutes until marshmallows are puffed. Remove from the oven and cool completely. In a zip lock bag melt chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave. (Start on high for 1 minute, take out the bag and mush chocolate chips together. Put back into microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate chips are melted.) Cut the corner of the bag and drizzle melted chocolate over the cookie/marshmallows. Put into refrigerator for 5 minutes to harden chocolate. Cut into squares. Makes approximately 36 cookies.
