Ingredients:
Cake:
1 cup butter
1 cup water
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
1/3 cup milk (or a little more depending on how thick the frosting is)
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Bring butter, water and 2 squares chocolate to a boil in a pan. Place flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, eggs and sour cream in a bowl. Pour the melted butter, chocolate and water mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix with an electric beater until smooth. Pour into a lightly buttered jelly roll pan (smaller than a half sheet cake pan, you should be able to buy one at the grocery store in the baking aisle). Bake for 20 minutes at 350⁰. Check to be sure the cake is done by inserting a toothpick; make sure the toothpick comes out clean. If not, bake it a little longer.
Blend the frosting ingredients together in a pot on the stove. Use an electric beater to get the frosting smooth. Pour frosting on cake. Smooth it out with a spatula. Frost the cake while the cake and frosting are still hot.
