3 ½ cups sifted flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. ginger
1 cup sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins
3 eggs, separated
¼ cup vegetable oil
1¼ cup honey
1 cup strong brewed coffee, warm

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and sugar. Add nuts and raisins. Make a well and add beaten egg yolks, oil, honey and coffee. Mix on medium speed until well-mixed. Fold in stiffly beaten eggs whites. Bake in tube pan at 350 ⁰ for 60 minutes. Invert and cool.
