1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the first 5 dry ingredients ina large bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine egg, milk and oil; add egg mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.

Spoon batter into greased muffin pans filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes. Remove muffins from pan immediately.

Instead of using muffin pans you can use an 8x8 baking dish.

Try substituting cranberries for the blueberries and nutmeg.
