10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp grated onion
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Beat in eggs, and then all other ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x9 uncovered pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
