1 pkg Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix
1 3 oz instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth. Mix all topping ingredients together and fold into the cake mixture. Place into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Batter will be very thick and will need to be smoothed over in pan to cook evenly.

Margaret and Louise note that other flavors of cake and pudding mixes may be tried. This was their favorite one. If you can not find the butter pecan cake mix then add 2 tsp maple flavoring in a yellow cake mix will result in almost the same result. THis keeps very well in freezer or refrigerator.
