4 pig ears.
4 pig tails.
8 pigs feet...
Tenderizer.
Sage.
Salt.
Pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in large pot. (do not pressure cook) Sprinkle with tenderizer. Cook until meat falls off bone. Let cool.
With hands, work all bones out of meat. Season with sage, salt and pepper. Work in meat real good. Place in pan and cool in refrigerator. Cut in slices.
