Murdock's Pistachio Cake
1 box Mystic Mint cookies
20 or 1 roll of Ritz crackers
1/2 cups chopped nuts - optional
1/2 cup margarine - melted

Crush cookies and nuts, add margarine, spread into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

3 pkgs. pistachio pudding - or any pudding - instant
1 1/2 cups milk
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1 container of Cool Whip
Mix pudding with milk, add softened ice cream and cool whip. Mix all together and pour into pan. Freeze overnight. Soften just a little before serving.
