Herb Hummus ½ cup parsley leaves (I would do about 1/4 not ½ cup) 1/3 cup basil leaves (optional) 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. Pine nuts 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice 2 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed paste) ½ tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Black pepper 1 - 15 ounce can Garbanzo beans (chick peas) 2 Garlic cloves (add more if you’d like!)
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Good on fresh veggies, crackers, pita bread, or any bread.
