In a large soup kettle:
4 quarts water
12 chicken bouillion cubes
Bring to a boil
1 cube butter melted and 1 cup flour added to this then added to broth
Add 2-3 pounds broccoli - fresh or frozen
Stir in 1 16 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
Makes about 5 quarts
