1 3-5 pound boneless pork sirloin roast
Place roast in crock pot
Add:
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Shred roast, pour juice over roast, serve over rice, with sandwich rolls, or plain.
