What You Need
-1/2 cup short grain white rice
-4 cups milk
-1 cinnamon stick
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
-In one pan, partially cook rice with a little bit of water for about five minutes.
-Combine milk, vanilla, and cinnamon stick in a pot on medium heat.
-As milk begins to boil slowly add sugar and rice to the pot and then reduce heat to low.
-Let simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
-Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Remove cinnamon stick.
-Serve it up! Sprinkle more ground cinnamon on top of dish if desired.
