Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. bag white beans, cooked (can be 3-4 cans white beans)
1 white onion, chopped
2 cans green chilies, chopped
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 lb. bag frozen white corn
Mix all the above together in a large soup kettle
Add 6-8 cups chicken broth
Bring to a boil, thicken with water and corn starch
Season to taste with lemon or lime, salt and pepper
Can add cooked chicken
Serve with:
Cilantro
Cheese
Avocado
Salsa
Sour cream
Lemon or Lime
Chips
