1 (2-layer size) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (22 oz.) can raisin pie filling
3 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, stir in cake mix, pie filling, eggs and vanilla just enough to mix. Do not beat. Do not add water. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350º F. for 25-30 minutes.

Sour Cream Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 c. grated coconut (optional)

Mix first three ingredients well. Stir in coconut. Spread between layers and on top of cake. Frost sides with your favorite chocolate icing.
