3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
(can add 1 cup corn)
Mix together, put into a greased 8" pan or greased muffin tins
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes

Ronda here - I made this last week, but didn't have any sour cream, so I made sour milk with lemon juice. The muffins weren't as fluffy, but still yummy.
