3 cups of Giardiniera
2 cans diced tomatoes - do not drain
1 large onion- sliced
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
2 pounds chicken breast (you can also use a similar size pork tenderloin.)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse gardiniera under hot water to remove oil from packing. Cut chicken breasts in half and put all ingredients in crock pot on low for 6 - 8 hours. You can serve this over pasta, rice potatoes. This is also great as a sandwich- shred meat and mix with gardiniera and serve on a toasted garlic bread.
