3/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. in a large bowl stir sugars, butter, vanilla and egg until well blended.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. dough will be stiff.
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. On ungreased cookie sheet drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart
6. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
