1 cup water, 2 tbsp butter, 1 1/3 cup dry Potato buds (Betty Crocker), 1 egg, 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham, 1/2 seasoned salt, 6 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 small onion chopped, 1/2 medium green pepper chopped, 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

In medium saucepan, combine water and 2 tbsp butter, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add mashed potatoes. Add 1 egg, ham and 1/2 seasoned salt; blend well. Press against bottom and side of greased pie plate. Prick bottom and side with fork. Bake at 425º over 20 to 25 minutes until crust is firm and slightly browned. Meanwhile medium bowl, combine eggs and milk; blend well. Add onion, green pepper and 1 1/2 seasoned salt. In 10 inch skillet melt 2 tbsp butter. Add egg mixture cook stirring constantly until set. Spoon egg mixture into potato shell. Top with cheese and bake at 425º oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted
