4 quarts sliced cucumbers
6 medium onions
2 green peppers-cut into strips
1/3 c. salt
3 c. vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers, add onion and pepper, salt. Mix thoroughly with two trays of ice for two hours. Drain. Put vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed and celery seed together and heat. Pour over pickles and can.
