1 cup chopped onion, 1/21 cup margarine or butter, 1/4 cup flour, 1 bottle 14 oz tomato catsup, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1 firmly packed brown sugar, 1 1/3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 2 chickens cut into pieces about 7 lbs

Saute onion in margarine; stir in flour. Add catsup, pineapple juice and remaining ingredients except chicken. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Place chicken in a roasting pan Pour sauce over and bake at 350º 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
