30-36 cucumbers (3-4 inches long)
3 c. vinegar
3 c. water
6 T. salt
Fresh or dried dill
Garlic
Mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cucumbers. Make brine of the vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a boil. Place a generous layer of dill, 1/2 clove of sliced garlic, and 1/2 tsp. mustard seed in bottom of each jar. Pack cucumbers in jar. When jars are half full, add more dill and complete packing. Fill jars to within 1/2 inch. Put on caps and screw lids tight. Process 20 minutes in hot water bath.
