½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup poppy seeds
2 cups white sugar
2 cups olive oil
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire® sauce
¼ cup minced onion
2 ½ lbs. fresh spinach, rinsed, dried and torn into bite–size pieces
16 cups strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced
1 cup almonds, blanched and slivered

In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame and poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire® sauce and onion. Cover and chill for one hour. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries and almonds. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 16.
