1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, cabbage and red onion. Mix vinegar, sugar and oil to make dressing. Toss dressing into salad. Cover and chill for at least 1 day (the longer the better). Drain off excess liquid before serving.
