2 egg whites
1 tsp water
2 lbs pecan halves
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250.
Beat together egg whites and water until frothy.
Place pecans in large ziploc bag or container with lid. Pour egg mixture over pecans and shake until fully coated.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt and sprinkle over pecans. Shake until mixture evenly coats pecans.
Spread pecans evenly on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour, turning pecans every 15 minutes.
