1 head lettuce, chopped
1 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 jar Bacos® chips
1 cup carrots, sliced thin
1 head cauliflower flowers, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
3 cups croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and prepare vegetables. Layer first five ingredients in large bowl. Combine sugar, cheese and mayonnaise in small bowl and drop by spoonfuls on top. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours. When ready to serve add croutons and toss. Serves 10.

This is a great-looking salad with lots of color and zesty taste. My favorite salad as a kid.
