INGREDIENTS:
8 bell peppers ( parboiled in 1 tsp salt )
2 cups cooked meat or (1 lb browned ground beef)
2 eggs beaten
1 can corn ( 14 oz ) drained
1 small onion chopped
1 can tomato ( 8 oz ) sauce
1 /4 tsp garlic powder
3 T olive oil
3/ 4 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil peppers and drain water off. Let cool. In meantime prepare filling. Fill peppers and put in glass baking side . Dish should hold all 8 side by side. Can put slice of cheese on top of each one if you like.
Bake 350* F for 30 minutes
