1 lb. Breakfast sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1. tsp. Dry Mustard
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble breakfast sausage. Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick and spices together. Add shredded cheese and cooked sausage to blended mixture . Pour into 9x9 greased pan or greased muffin pan the night before. In the morning bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or a bit less for muffins. Toothpick test for doneness.

These make a great portable breakfast when made in a muffin pan. I like to make them when my family is in town for the holidays. I set them out in a towel lined basket and serve with fresh fruit. They are excellent reheated and freeze well. You can add your own style by mixing in some onion, chopped green pepper, etc. They are great with diced Vernor's Slow Cooker Ham instead of the sausage too.
