1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
6 flour tortillas cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until well browned. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, salsa, water & tortillas. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low & cook for 5 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
