1 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
1/8 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup dry-roasted, unsalted shelled peanuts
1 cup dark corn syrup aluminum foil
2/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs slightly with a whisk; add all remaining ingredients except peanuts & Cool Whip. Blend well. Stir in peanuts. Pour mixture in pie shell. Cover edges of pie crust with foil. Bake for 25 minutes with edges covered; remove foil and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool pie on rack. Garnish each slice with Cool Whip.
