1 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c oatmeal
1/2 c shortening (Crisco)
1 c brown sugar
4 c diced rhubarb
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
1 c water
2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cinnamon, oatmeal, shortening, and brown sugar together until crumbly and put half of mixture into bottom of cake pan. Put rhubarb into cake pan.
Cook vanilla, sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Put rest of flour mixture on top. Bake 1 hour at 325º
