2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (unsalted)
1 c. oil
2 eggs
5 c. flour
2 t. cream of tarter
1 1/2 t. baking soda
2 t. vanilla
1 t. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, oil and dry ingredients. Make into walnut sized balls and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º until light brown.
