1/23 cup sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 cup boiling water, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp grated lemon peel, 3 tbsps lemon juice

Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water gradually. Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients.
