16 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1/2 c. unsalted butter
4 eggs, separated/ room temperature
2 t. sugar
2 t. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 t. rum

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lightly butter and paper an 8 inch spring form pan.

2. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.

3. Whip egg yolks with vanilla and rum until ribbon state, add sugar and flour and whip until thick.

4. Add chocolate and batter mixture to egg yolk mixture, whip until combined.

5. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft and peaks form.

6. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Place in prepared cake pan.

7. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature on a rack. Unmold, dust with powdered sugar and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
