4 California chile pods
2 c water
1 tsp garlic salt
1Tbs dried minced onions
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp curry powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chicken breasts
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 bag frozen corn
mozzarella cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Put in the 2c water, the pods, garlic salt, minced onions, olive oil, red peppers, curry and the S & P. Let sit 45 mins to overnight. Process in the food processor to make a puree. Mix in the stewed tomatoes and corn.
Grill the chicken breasts till 1/2 done. Lay them in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour the sauce over the top. Cook for 30 mins at 350ºF. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the top. Broil till the cheese is browned. Watch carefully.
