3 tbsp olive oil, i medium sliced onion, 4 cloves peeled garlic from a jar, thinly sliced, small yellow zucchini sliced, 1 medium tomato sliced, 6 oz mushrooms, 4 oz yellow and or green pepper slices about 1 small, 1/2/cup red wine, 2 TSR vinegar, preferable balsamic, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

In skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Add next nine ingredients. Cook until vegetables are soft. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
