1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 slices bread in soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk (soften bread crumbs in milk)
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt
Generous amount accent
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
White rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Form meat balls from above ingredients. Fry them in butter, turning as they brown. Remove balls from pan. Add flour to drippings in electric skillet, about 1 tablespoon. Stir to make paste. Add water to make a smooth, thin gravy consistency. Add balls and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over white rice.Serves 6.
