1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1&3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease and flour loaf pan
Measure first four ingredients, then add to margarine mixture, mix well,
Add bananas, walnuts, and chocolate chips, mix well
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour or until done
