1 medium head of cabbage
4 carrots
6 peppers (3 green & 3 red)
1 large onion
4 cucumbers

2 C vinegar
4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind first five ingredients and add 1/2 C pickling salt. Let stand for two hours. Pour hot water over vegetables and work around then drain off. Mix vinegar and sugar together and add to vegetables. No cooking, just seal.
