1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vinegar
Nutmeg to taste
Boiling water to make sauce consistency of thin gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and butter. Cream this mixture. Add boiling water for desired thickness. Cook several minutes stirring constantly. Add vinegar and nutmeg. This can be kept in refrigerator. It may then be reheated and thinned as needed with water. Use over suet pudding.
