2 lbs salmons steaks, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp grated lemon rind, 1/4 salad oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp marjoram, 1 tbsp finely chopped onions

Directions:
Place steaks in greased broiler pans. Pour the remaining ingredients over. Marinade steaks 20 minutes, turning at half time. Broil 5 minutes on each side, if steaks are 1 inch thick
