Ingredients:  
1 cup fine crumbs, few grains pepper and cayenne, 1 egg, 4tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp sale, 2 tbsp water, 1 1/2 lbs scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne together, Beat egg with fork, then add water. Dip each scallop - first in bread crumbs - then in egg mixture and again in the crumbs. Put in baking dish and let stand for about 30 minutes for coating to set and harden. Set oven to 450º. Pour the melted butter over scallops and bake 30 minutes or until crisp and brown
