1 large onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter
2 cans doysee clams, minced
6 cans campbell's new england style clam chowder soup
1/2 gallons half and half or 1 quart half and half and 1 quart whole milk
Salt as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and butter. Add drained minced doysee clams to mixture. Combine mixture with clam juice, campbell's new england style clam chowder soup, half and half or half and half and whole milk. Bake in large dutch oven or a crock pot at 200 degrees for 4 hours uncovered. Salt if needed. Originally from noah's ark restaurant in St. Louis area. Serves 12-20.
