1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup golden rum
1 quart light cream
nutmeg to taste

Beat eggs till light and foamy add sugar and salt. Beat untill thick and lemon colored. Stir in rum and cream. Chill... Sprinkle nutmeg on top of drink when serving.
